You must be at least 18 years old to register.
Users must provide accurate and complete information during sign-up.
Each user is responsible for maintaining the security of their account.
Multiple accounts per user without permission may result in suspension.
Clients may post tasks with clear instructions, requirements, and deadlines.
Workers may browse and accept available tasks based on their skills and availability.
Communication between users must remain respectful, professional, and within the platform.
Users must not post or request illegal, harmful, misleading, or inappropriate content.
Clients fund tasks in advance; payment is released to workers after task approval.
TrustedWorkers may hold payments in escrow until task completion.
A small service fee may be deducted from worker earnings or client payments to maintain the platform.
Workers are responsible for reporting their income for tax purposes in their own jurisdiction.
Clients may cancel tasks before a worker starts.
If a task is completed poorly or not on time, a dispute can be raised within 72 hours of delivery.
TrustedWorkers will review all dispute evidence and may issue a refund or reassign the task.
You may not use the platform to:
Commit fraud or impersonate another person.
Exchange personal payment information outside the platform.
Spam, harass, or abuse other users.
Use bots or automated systems to complete tasks.
Post or request illegal activities or prohibited content.
TrustedWorkers reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account if:
The user violates any terms of this agreement.
Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
Repeated reports or disputes are raised against the user.
TrustedWorkers is a marketplace and does not guarantee the quality of work or promptness of payment.
We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages caused by users, lost earnings, or missed deadlines.
Your data is protected under our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with this policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. All changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the platform means you accept the new terms.
