Workers must be at least 18 years old or meet the minimum legal working age in their country.
Clients must register with accurate information and agree to comply with this policy.
Clients must provide clear instructions, deadlines, and payment details.
Tasks must comply with legal standards and Trusted Workers’ content guidelines.
Tasks must be funded before being posted to ensure worker protection.
Workers must complete tasks responsibly and follow client instructions.
Submissions must be original. Plagiarized, automated, or fraudulent work will lead to account suspension.
Once a task is accepted, it must be completed on time unless canceled beforehand.
Clients must review and approve or reject work within the allowed timeframe.
If a task is approved, payment is released to the worker.
If a dispute arises, Trusted Workers will mediate and make a final decision based on evidence.
All users must treat each other respectfully.
Harassment, spam, racism, or any abusive behavior will not be tolerated.
Users who violate this may be suspended or banned without notice.
Repeated violations of our policies may result in suspension or permanent ban.
Trusted Workers reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account posing risk to the platform.
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts.
Personal data shared on the platform must remain confidential and not be misused.
This policy may be updated at any time. Major updates will be communicated through email or in-platform notifications.
